This Works Even If...

The mental health crisis in youth sports is real. And it's getting worse.

44% of female athletes report feeling chronically overwhelmed — carrying a mental load that most adults would struggle to manage. Source: NCAA

These Are Statistics About Athletes Just Like Yours

The ones showing up to practice every week. The ones competing on weekends. The ones you're driving to tournaments and cheering for from the sideline.

The pressure of competitive youth sports is real. The emotional weight our daughters are carrying is real. And the system around them the clubs, the coaches, the families was not built to address the modern athlete.

That's not an indictment of anyone in the ecosystem.

It's a gap. And gaps have solutions.

That's exactly what we're talking about on April 5th.

Meet Gabby,
I was Your Daughter Once...

Most people watch the game. I've been watching the ecosystem.

I'm a former Division I volleyball player at UC Berkeley, the daughter of a 40-year volleyball coach, and a mom of 14-year-old twin girls competing at the highest levels of club volleyball. I've also been on the other side of the whistle, coaching athletes directly and experiencing firsthand what it feels like to manage the team, the parents, the culture, and the pressure all at once.

I've seen youth sports from every angle that exists, as an athlete, a coach's daughter, a coach, a high performance professional, and now as a parent in the thick of it. I spent 17 years in corporate sales before I realized the system I grew up in, the one that develops what athletes produce and never once asks who they are becoming was still running unchecked in youth sports.

I've worked with over 3,000 athletes across D1 collegiate programs, top club organizations, and individual families nationwide.

And I built this conversation because somebody needed to have it.

Wait, what is this really about? Glad you asked.

This is not generic advice you've already heard. This is not a program that blames the coach, the club, or the playing time. This is not something that only works if your whole family is already on board. This is the conversation that starts where every other program stops with the system around your athlete, not just the athlete herself.

This is your proven three step process to stop absorbing the chaos of youth sports and start leading your family through it with clarity, confidence, and a shared compass.

Here's what you'll have at the end of this session that you don't have right now.

Clarity on the real problem

You'll finally understand why your family keeps hitting the same walls and why it has nothing to do with talent, effort, or how much you love your athlete.

A name for what you've been navigating

The confusion you've been feeling has a name. The maze is real. And once you can see it clearly you can start moving through it differently.

👥 Your role defined

You'll walk away knowing exactly what your role is in your athlete's development and how to play it without adding pressure, without over-coaching, and without second guessing every conversation.

The language you've been missing

You'll have a framework for the conversations you've been avoiding with your athlete, with your partner, and with yourself.

A clear next step

You won't leave this session wondering what to do next. You'll know exactly where your family is in the maze and what moving forward looks like.

A completely different way of seeing youth sports

Not just as an extracurricular activity. Not just as a pathway to college. But as one of the most powerful development environments your daughter will ever have access to if someone teaches her to see it that way.

Why am I giving this away for free?

Honestly? Because this conversation is overdue.

I've spent years watching families navigate youth sports without a compass spending thousands of dollars on the visible parts of development while the invisible parts go completely unaddressed.

I'm not giving this away because I don't value it. I'm giving it away because I believe the families who need it most deserve access to it before they spend another season guessing.

Consider this the conversation the youth sports industry should have been having for years. I'm just the one willing to have it.

Show up on April 5th. Walk away with clarity. And if you want to go deeper I'll show you how.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this really free?

Yes. Completely. No credit card. No hidden fees. No obligation. You show up, you get the value, and you decide what you want to do with it. That's it.

Do I need to attend live?

Yes. This is a live only session there is no replay. What happens in that room on April 5th stays in that room. The conversation, the energy, and the clarity you walk away with are only available to the people who show up. So if you're registering show up.

Is this just for volleyball families?

Not at all. While Gabby's background is in volleyball the framework we're presenting applies to any competitive youth sport. If your daughter is navigating club soccer, basketball, gymnastics, swimming, or any other competitive environment this session is for you.

How long is the session?

Approximately 60 minutes. We move fast and we stay focused. Every minute of this session is designed to give you something you can use so we don't waste your time with fluff or filler.

Do I need to bring my athlete to this session?

This session is designed for parents. Your athlete doesn't need to be there. In fact we recommend you attend this one on your own get the framework, understand your role, and then bring what you learn back to your family. There will be plenty of opportunities for your athlete to engage with this work after the session.

What happens after the session?

You'll walk away with clarity, a framework, and a clear next step. If the session resonates and you want to go deeper we'll share how to do that. There's no pressure and no hard sell. If what we present is the right fit for your family you'll know it by the end of the session. If it's not you'll still walk away with something valuable.

I've tried programs like this before and they didn't work, why is this different?

That's a fair question. And the honest answer is most programs that address youth athlete development focus on the athlete in isolation. They develop skills, confidence, and performance and then send the athlete back into a family environment that hasn't changed at all. This is different because it addresses the whole ecosystem. Not just your athlete. Not just you as a parent. The shared system that connects both of you and everyone else navigating the season together. That's what's been missing. And that's exactly what this session is about.

Join the over 3,000 athletes and families who stopped guessing and started guiding and changed how their family experiences the game.
